A small, luxury development in the heart of Kendal.

Yorkshire based property developer needed a strong visual identity for the launch of a new development aimed at affluent buyers and investors. Based in the picturesque market village of Kendal, the branding needed to showcase the rich heritage of the area and infuse it with a contemporary, elegant feel. I provided creative direction, creating a colour theme that was inspired by the historic buildings in the town.
